Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged. Please read our policy carefully before making a return or exchange.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused and unopened merchandise within 14 business days of delivery. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging and with any accessories, manuals, and documentation included. The returning party is responsible for return shipping fees, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Please enclose your order number in the return package, so we can process your return efficiently. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping charges, once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@scvillage.com so we can resolve the issue for you. We accept exchanges of unused and unopened merchandise within 14 business days of delivery. All exchanges must be sent back in their original packaging and with any accessories, manuals, and documentation included. The returning party is responsible for return shipping fees, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Please enclose your order number in the exchange package, so we can process your exchange efficiently. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will ship out the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Group Cancellations & Rescheduling

To receive a full refund for a cancelled reservation you must call to cancel at least 72 hours before the time of your reservation. If you would like to reschedule, you must notify the office thru phone at 562-867-9600 at least 24 hours before your scheduled event date. If you would like to reschedule for a future date but is unsure of the date, your payment is only good for 6 months. Failure to reschedule within the given 6-month period will result in forfeiture of your payment.
