NOW OPEN FOR SUMMER!!

Friday games 10am - 4pm

Speedball is fast pace, in your face paintball action. Although a typical speedball round lasts only several minutes, many of the players are firing an almost constant stream of paintballs, consuming a quantity of paint in a single round that many woodsball and scenario players would expect to go through in three or four games. Most speedball players carry extra 'pods' full of paintballs in 'packs' on their back to allow themselves to reload when they run out of paint. Most speedball players go through several 'hoppers' in one game. (Note: average hopper holds 120 paintball)

The game format in speedball is almost exclusively 'capture the flag' or 'elimination', with official games scored on flag capture points and player elimination. Players at SC Village typically play basic elimination games where the goal of one team is to eliminate all the player on the other team. Games rarely have time limits and normally play out till there is no one left on one team. Games can be called if they are running too long and there is a line of new players ready to start a game. It is the player's responsibility to organize the games and teams.

Speedball type games have a mirror field (There are the same amount of bunkers in the same locations on either side of the field) so that there is no advantage for either team.
